Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, click "Add to Cart", and follow the checkout steps. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please email us within 6 hours of placing your order at service@lumood.com.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and more. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but here’s a general guide:

  • USA: 7–12 business days

  • Canada/UK/EU: 8–14 business days

  • Australia/NZ: 10–18 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page.

Q: Are your candle kits beginner-friendly?
A: Absolutely! Our kits include clear step-by-step instructions, and most are designed for total beginners.

Q: Do I need special tools to make candles?
A: Most of our kits include everything you need. For some advanced molds or styles, you may need a thermometer or heat-resistant container (we’ll let you know in the product description).

Q: Are your materials eco-friendly?
A: Yes! We use soy wax, lead-free wicks, and reusable silicone molds. Our packaging is designed to be as minimal and recyclable as possible.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return a product?
A: We accept returns for most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please check our Return Policy for details.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
